Moderate-Income Units

• 1 Bedroom (616 sq. ft.): $1,387.09
• 2 Bedroom (787 sq. ft.): $1,403.84 - $1,663.99
• 3 Bedroom (982 sq. ft.): $1,917.77 - $2,028.75

• No maintenance fees (snow and garbage removal included)
• Residents pay separately for water, sewer, gas, and electricity (~$200/mo.)
• Sewer fee: $45/mo.
• Amenities: electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, central air, and cable readiness
• Parking: Up to 2 spots per unit (first-come, first-serve basis).
