East Greenwich Affordable Housing Program

East Greenwich Township in Gloucester County NJ has an affordable housing program that includes homes for purchase and apartments for rent. To be placed on the waiting list for either or both programs, a pre-application needs to be completed and sent back to Rehabco, Inc., the administrative agent for East Greenwich. Our address is at the bottom of the applications. It is very important to make sure that the information you put on the application is correct and up to date. For example, email, phone number, address, because that is how we will contact you.

We use Constant Contact to alert you via email when a property in your family size and income range becomes available. All the details for the property will be included in the listing. If you are interested in seeing the property, ask to be invited to an open house or a showing. If after seeing the property you would like to move forward in the process, an extensive eligibility screening will be conducted by the administrative agent. If you meet all the criteria, you will be certified to rent or purchase affordable housing.
