The Township of Bridgewater Rental Housing Application

Bridgewater has an active Affordable Housing Rental program. Rehabco is retained by the township to ensure that all affordable housing rental units have restrictions ensuring that only persons and families meeting certain income thresholds are permitted to live in all available units. All said units under affordable housing controls are priced at 30 percent of median income and/or Affordable Units in all rental developments in the township will be affordable to households earning no more than 35 percent of median income, in all cases, the more stringent of the two requirements will prevail.
